It seems, to me, irresponsible of a company to knowingly keep people banned despite knowing a week into the game that the anticheat system was banning people arbitrarily. This includes banning accounts that didn't exist [ People received emails stating they were banned, but didn't even own the game. ] In lieu of an apology to all players within the first week, most people received "We can't help you," "Telling you why you were banned would compromise the integrity of our anti cheat system, " etc. How many excuses can you give people before they accept you're stealing money and decide to take legal action? If this is how you keep your game "clean," then you're doing a very bad job of it.
My account is active and unbanned. I am not complaining on my behalf, but on behalf of all the players unjustly banned by a company that didn't even release a stable, finished product.
