Definitely way too loud, I don't even use C4 in a base I'm infiltrating I would rather shoot the genny or physically turn off the jammer. Also apparently bolt cutters are banned items in Bolivia. I would love to give up mines or C4 to be able to carry a set of bolt cutters.

C4 does not break fences, either do grenades but a car can. These are facts. So the only way to circumvent a fence is either smash through it with a car like you r a British noble fleeing from the media. Or pay the locals for El Burro and walk clipclop 600 kilometers to find a opening. Actually you can parachute in obviously if you knew ahead of time that your AO would be encircled by a fence.

You need to plan your attack. It´s always a way in. Recon in advance. Plan your attack after your intel.
What i need is a way to disarm jammer or air-defense silent. can do air-defense with emp, why not a emp grenade for jammer and generator

I agree,planning is mandatory, but so is the ability to bypass a rudimentary chain link fence. Most anyone in this line of work would have at the very least wire cutters, I mean look at that backpack and all the hanging gear off our vests. Now brick walls, you are SOL and thats the way it should be ,but chain link, meh.
