This is primarily regarding the mission where i have to extract EL WEY, in VILLA VERDE. This also happens when im chasing a lieutenant who is trying to escape (with the intention of capturing them alive), whem im chasing a convoy and my team shoots at the convoy ahead instead of its armored vehicle escort with the mounted minigun shooting at us while driving along side of us, and some other similar situations.

Two things go wrong in the mission:

1) If i choose to open fire, in order to stop the unidad vehicles (that spawn out of thin air right in front of me as soon as El Wey spots me) trying to kill El Wey, my team will prioritize to target El Wey. My team kills him, mission failed.

2) If i dont choose the option to open fire, and instead try to ram El Wey off the road, as soon as i take fire from the unidad vehicles pursuing me and El Wey, my team opens fire all on their own.... and they choose to shoot El Wey up ahead, instead of the unidad vehicle right next to us..... my team kills El Wey... mission failed.

Is my team not aware that we're trying to extract El Wey? Do they not realize he is not shooting at us? In the case of a convoy, does my team not know that we need the convoy in one piece, and that the escorting vehicles with the mounted miniguns pose a bigger threat?

Im assuming that my team are qualified for the job, since there hasn't been any backstory on them this far in my game, but their behavior sometimes leads be to believe that i have to dig in order to sum up their collective iq.
