Hello! I have a problem with my account in Trials Frointer! It does not count the improvement of time on the tracks and does not add points, because of this, lost a lot of positions in the world ranking, and the second problem: does not load the bunker. The bunker comes in but the loading hangs. Wrote in support many times, answer wait for updates! But there have already been 2 updates 4.8.1 and 4.9 and nothing has changed! In the game I play for more than two years, it's a pity to lose an account because I'm a not bad player! My nickname in the game titovea.

I have the similar problem, in my case when i complete a track and set a new personal best then hall of fame/leaderboards keeps loading and the new record doesn't saved on the leaderboards. Bunker also keeps loading but nothing happens.Originally Posted by titovea Go to original post

Hey mate,
You need to log out and then log back in to get the gifts/bunker to work - although, this seems to have been fixed in the latest update.
The LB points are not showing due to an error that occurred during the last KTM event. Players were awarded an extra 800k for one time only, when they improved any time on any track. This then tricks the game causing any points you earn to now be hidden until you earn more than the wrongly awarded 800k. Hopefully they won't have been lost forever!
