I understand and support the respawn of enemies in camps after a certain period of time. However, I ran into instance during a story mission that I'd like to address.
I was conducting the capture of El Cerebro story mission and slowly taking out enemies throughout the camp in the dark of early morning. I spent quite a bit of time cleaning up about half of the guards, and then the next day cycle started. As the sun god rose, he resurrected every enemy I had just taken out...with me right smack dab in the middle of them.
So, to preclude this from happening, can ya'll set a player distance from camp variable (1 km for instance) before an enemy camp respawn event. Especially, locations linked to main story missions.
Thanks.
I would prefer that as you progress through the story, the enemy controlled camps/bases were replaced with rebels and then they fight each other. However, have no issue with enemy respawns elsewhere throughout the map. Esp at random spots.Originally Posted by Flaw3dGenius23 Go to original post
Oohh, that does suck. I understand that Unidad and Santa Blanca wouldn't leave their bases outposts abandoned, but it should take longer than 10 in game hours to respawn the enemies and it should take longer still to respawn SAMs that you destroy. I've tried to clear out a couple SAM sites that were blocking me from finishing one of those supply missions, but you can't because they respawn as soon as you leave the site.
