I've seen a lot of comments regarding rebels only dropping off helicopters on the forum and I don't know if this is part of the last patch or not, but I noticed that you can indeed choose what vehicle you want the rebels to drop off.
I'm playing on PC with an Xbox 360 controller and I noticed a small icon below the Vehicle Drop Off and clicking left or right on the controller I was able to switch between a Pickup Truck and an Armoured SUV. I'm yet to unlock the helicopter drop off, so I don't know if this is still availble on level, but I'm guessing it should be.

Yeah the Rebel voices off helicopter drop no matter what you pick...not a big deal.
What I'd LOVE to have is the option for the Unidad side by side/ 4x4 buggy or what ever its called, that'd be wicked. That thing is the only thing I'll drive, hell I'll go out of my way to get one before anything else once I log in.

I am currently on "Vehicle Drop-Off - Power 2" . I saw a thread (can't find it now) where a forum member was asking for the ability to choose Armoured SUV. He seemed to say that after he reached "Power 3", the ONLY option available was to drop off a heli. I don't want to go there! I prefer the choice of Pick-Up Truck or Armoured SUV.
I want to know was he correct? If I reach Power 3, do I lose the choice of Armoured SUV or Pick-up? Or did he not see the "Q" and "E" choices to switch between the two land vehicles? If I reach power 3, does three choices appear that you can toggle between heli, SUV, and pick-up? I say IF I reach power 3, because if after reaching it, I am only allowed a heli vehicle drop-off, then I won't proceed in those missions. I love the armoured SUV for taking out convoy escorts, and have had trouble shooting them with the heli (and its quite vulnerable too).
Do I get three choices in Vehicle Drop-Off Power 3? If I continue with these rebel missions does my cool down decrease (I'm currently at 6 bars out of 9 in the cool-down meter).
