After hearing the news of reblancing gear, for more fairness according to each REP level. I must say that I honestly don't mind the gear disbalance that much. But it does suck, when you always have to level up to REP 3,.before you can finally start playing ur hero for real on 4v4 matches. So why just don't drop gear, according to ur OVERALL GEAR REP. The hero can still have his OWN REP LEVEL.for progressing his cosmetics. In this case leveling a new hero will be much more enjoyable from the beginning, and it will feel more like a continuous progress for the players....
Or just have 4v4 with nor gear at all. Like 1v1, 2v2
