    After connection problem with uplay game progress lost!

    Hi!
    On march 27 or 28 there was a connection problem with uplay.
    Game launched in offline mode. It was impossible to continue saved game, there was only the option "new game".
    So I've quit the game and decided to wait sereval days.
    Today I've lounched FarCry, connection with uplay was ok, but ... Only the option "new game" with no pissibility to continue my progress.
    So what to do??
    How to restore my game progress ?

    Dear technical support! It past more than 14 days after my question. Could you please answer to me?!
    It seem that ubisoft doesn't care about their users. Or not?!

    In Settings - General is Enable Cloud Save Synchronization checked? I am a newbie to Uplay but thought I would ask. Also are you back in online mode now when you log in?

    Network is on, sync to cloud is on

    Thanks for your answer, buddy. Techsupport is to lazy to answer. Yeah, everything seems to be up (see the screenshot).

    Moreover, in uplay I can see my progress. But in main menu i see only "New Game"
