Feature Request: Gradual self-healing vehicles as seen in The Crew.

    • What: all player-driven vehicles should very slowly and gradually, self-heal while out of combat, and eventually return to pristine condition.
    • Why: We all occasionally snag a nice ride, such as the Unidad off-road SUV. Occasionally it's already smoking when you first get in. Once the engagement is over, the unidad threat level disappeared, and alert level has gone from engaged, through hunted, suspected, to finally all-clear, wouldn't it be nice if the vehicle also gradually starts self healing at that point too?
    • How: Simply re-use the vehicle self-heal from The Crew. The smoke would gradually reduce then disappear, scratches would gradually fade and and bent panels would straighten out. Broken glass would melt together to re-form the original window etc.
    • Except: once black-smoke or fire is seen, self heal will be unavailable on that vehicle.
    • Why: It would encourage vehicle re-use. It would encourage Player to vehicle attachment.
    • What else: Please consider making the last driven and surviving vehicle of a player spawn at the player's location when spawning?

I wouldn't mind this only because finding the perfect Unidad ORSUV -or as I call em 4xbuggy- has turned into a fetish haha. I like the one with the Hex camo, roof, brush guard, ammo/gas cans and the cargo net. My game play changes big time once I get the perfect 4xbuggy, I even shot up some rebels one time because they got into the buggy I parked on the side of the road haha...steeling my stolen ride!

I like the idea of a good vehicle being available if you save the game and come back later, but absolutely against vehicles self healing. It's bad enough the player self heals without having vehicles magically get better.

I can understand why you'd request this. It's frustrating when you get your hands on your favorite vehicle and love-tap another car to end up destroying your front end. However, it's already enough that almost every shooter today has self-healing, to include this one. I as soon as I saw the cars regenerated in the crew, I never touched the game again. Enough with the health regeneration.

I advocate for use to be able to configure our Rebel Car Drop skill to deploy whatever vehicles we choose. Civilian class vehicles, Military, and different types of help. That way, if your fav car gets damaged, and seeing that damage drives you up a wall (Drives... Pun intended), you can deploy another.

I'm afraid I'll have to say nay to this

Personally though I'd totally be down for there being the option to have a repair pack as a secondary weapon or something so long as it takes a little while to repair. It might go well with making the nicer vehicles even rarer, especially helicopters.

Seriously...we don't need this just takes away from what little realism is in GRW.

No thank you, healt regen is already stupid as it is in most games, we should had medkit to heal and be bandaged and bang up like flashpoint operations,i dont know if the arma series follows that anymore.
NO to magic vehicles ! its already ridiculous to blow a car and helicopters with guns
