Nerfing Revenge = Fine, What about Revive?

I get you guys are nerfing revenge duration, revenge attack and gains.

Thats totally fine and fair. But what about Revive? it is so extremely stupid how you can revive someone in 1 sec with Rapid Revive and a normal revive in like 2-3 sec.

Make it 5 or so seconds at least. Especially in 1 vs 4 after the revenge nerf it will be a joke. where if u manage to outplay your opponents they get revive in like 1 sec and ur guranteed to lose.

We're aware of the concerns that players have regarding revive. While we don't have any immediate news or changes regarding it, the feedback the players have been leaving for us will continue to be forwarded to the team for future consideration.

Revived players should get half health and start exhausted. Then they can back off or heal or whatever.

They shouldn't jump up at maximum power as if they had never died.

I'm fine with the speed, but if you get beaten down and a friend picks you back up, you should be weakened at least at first.

Agreed, yoj just have been hammered down. To be up within a second and no scratch is kinda bullcrap

    Revenge
    - Has requirements
    - Is problematic after a certain gearing point.
    - Can be worked around (gameplay wise)
    - Is highly effective, but not impossible to overcome.

    Revive
    - No requirements
    - Always problematic, gamebreaking after a certain point.
    - Can't be worked around.
    - Is highly effective, can't be countered when against 2 people (or more).

Also, fixing revenge takes number tuning on a number of different stats (even thou I'm sure it'll be nerfed into oblivion without much care), revives only take ONE number to fix (even if you went overboard with like 10 seconds, it would still work to an effect).

I can see Revenge being given priority for various reasons, but wtf how can there be no news about revives when all you need to do is increase the time needed by pretty much ANY amount...

IMO it would be nice to set a max. of revives per player. Reviving a fallen player once, ok fine. But infinite revives? Doesn't make sense

    Agree to all of this.

Are these threads serious?!?!? There is already an answer to your so called "problem". I mean if they get to revive it is because you did not execute your enemy. Execute who you kill! Guess what happens when you do that?

too me there are only two options, either limit revives to once per game/respawn or add invulnerability frames to executions

My idea for this is still the same.
If you revive you give up the half of your CURRENT HP to the revived one.
Berserker 100 HP left: Revive other player, both at 50 hp.
