    Remains unchanged.

Tbh, those buffs are strong. Adjusting the guard change in addition, would make the lawbringer top. He now gets a guaranteed stun after a parry and a huge damage buff.

Together with the pancake turner and shove, he is able to counter attack and take the initiative. his defense is not nerfed.

I actually have the fear. That they already did too much.

Blind justice did cause a stun. But now so does light riposte.

This is how parry should function for all characters. (not the stuns mind you).

    Again.....parry a heavy get a free light
Parry a light get a free heavy.

Follow the Lb parry setups ubi. It's great.

I like the others changes, but I fear about more spam/free damage attacks.
    You are not LB main.

Any decent LB player knows that you cant spam the longarm.

Not sure whether you actually thought it through.

I guess he is more refering to Dominion where people gank up and LB can flip the pancake 24/7
The change though is, you have to decide now to eigther spam and no dmg .. or do the dmg and the opponent if free.. Because of that this change will only effect 1v1, and there its a good thing!

    yes.

As i said he didnt thought it through.

BTW you can dodge the longarm even if it is spammed. It is not that hard - can be tricky sometimes in 1vX though.

    @Chiller2k3

Are you high? Why would we be disgusted? "Pfuh ew, my Lawbringer can actually compete now. This is just awful"

Just about everything was wrong with the Lawbringer, if your opponent went full-defense and knew how to CGB, the only attack you have that can get through is a 15 damage Top Light after a Long Arm or a Light Riposte after a Parry when they finally get bored enough to swing at you.

    1) There are only 2 good moves after a Long Arm, a Top Light, or another Long Arm. Everything else can be parried. And if you tried to combo, you were giving them more options to parry you. After this patch we can do something to you besides 0 damage and the same amount of stamina burn it takes for us to actually USE the damn move. Now we can start HLH (our current most damaging combo) instead of LHL which did less damage than a single warden's top heavy, or an LHH which is the single most predictable move in the Lawbringer's arsenal. Just the fact that we can execute a heavy after a Long Arm means Long Arm wont be so predictable.

    2) Swift Justice, currently our most damaging move, will do more damage, and have enough speed it's not just parried.

    3) Book Chapter Verse, the only decent thing to do after a Parry and probably the single weakest combo in the game will finally do moderate damage.

    4) Judge Jury and Executioner will be viable. As of right now, if you just tried to use it from guard, you're just letting them parry you. The final hit getting a damage buff means it might be worth it just to let the attack finish for 45 damage instead of canceling into a guard break JUST so I can get a 20 damage semi-gauranteed side heavy (if they fail to counter). Just about every combo the Lawbringer currently uses needs to be plotted 8 moves ahead, which has a downside of making them completely predictable.

    5) Impaling Riposte CURRENTLY ISN'T USED BY ANY INTELLIGENT LAWBRINGER. After I parry you, my reward should NOT be to blow through my ENTIRE stamina bar because you know how to block left. It's silly that I've got to break off to do an Impaling Charge, and if I DO then people KNOW it's coming because my only two options while running are Impaling Charge or GB. They can just put their Guard into left stance, and hover their finger over the square and deal with both of those problems. Now they can't get a free Stamina Drain on me if I need to push them.

    6) Light Riposte is currently garbage after a Parry. 15 damage? That's not a reward when the Warden can just do a Side Heavy for twice that, trigger one of two combos, or throw you into a wall for 40. And while it can start combos, the input time is basically the same speed you need to Cancel a Raider's heavy attack to get a light poke - ridiculously fast. So if you DID get the Riposte off you probably still weren't getting the combo.

    7) Make Way - DOES NOT CURRENTLY WORK. There's a damned Urban Legend that a friend of a friend of a friend of a friend of a friend of mine once saw someone ELSE's Lawbringer successfully use it once but that's hearsay. I've never gotten it to work, and I couldn't imagine a situation where I'd WANT to when it did the 5 more points of damage as a light attack for being twice as long to execute, f***ing awful. I wish they extended the input time after a parry, but making sure it's guaranteed, and has hyper armor? That's good enough for now. If you're using Make-Way after a Parry it's because you're surrounded, so the fact that it COULDN'T GO OFF EVER BECAUSE PEOPLE WERE SURROUNDING YOU was counter-intuitive to the whole POINT of the MOVE.

So you tell me what you find so disgusting about actually being able to use your moves.
