    blockspeed buff for Raider please.

The Raider has huge potential for being a fun class to play, I love his moveset, and I know that many others share that opinion. However, he also struggles, especially in 1v1 fights. I think what he needs is a faster blockspeed, or faster guardswitch speed if that makes more sence. There are other heroes with slow blockspeed, but unlike the raider those heroes have abilities to make up for that. For example the lawbringer has his push to interrupt combos, the shugoki has his armor that allows him to counter without blocking, and the nobushi has her distance advantage. The raider has non of that. His high amount of health was supposed to help his lack of defense, but it doesn't really do the job for reasons like his recovery time. He has fast attacks, but he needs to get up close to use those. he has high damage potential with his heavy attacks/ unblockable zone attack, but those are not only predictable, but also interruptable by faster attacks, which makes his faints less effective. That's why i think that he needs better defensive capabilities. He is supposed to build up offensive pressure, but he is to easily countered to do that in the moment.

He needs more combos/move set options. He is the most simple character in the game when it comes to combos. I want to like him but he does not allow for diversity of play style.

    The Raider is a trickster

The Raider is a trickster, he uses cancel moves and stuns to fool his enemy into taking damage. He doesn't need different moves, a higher blockspeed will allow him to stay close to the enemy, making him panic, using his fear to fish a parry or a guardbreak. A srategy similar to the kensei. You will rarely land a hit with your unblockable, but when the enemy is stunned you can use it to bait mistakes.

Agreed. Raider is my main character and any light attack spam in different directions is enough to do him in.

Block speed is the same across the board so long as you don't spam change your guard direction beforehand as shown here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hSWm4YIPd1U

Disclaimer, I did not do this video, watch to the end, read the notes in the description

That's a bug, and doesn't proove that all blockspeeds are the same. It just prooves that the blocking mechanic is broken. There are some videos that provide the different frame datas for both attack and guardswitch speeds. I don't know how to share a link on ps4, but i've written down the guardswitch speeds on a sheat of paper.
Here's a list with all blockspeeds in frames:
    Warlord 5
    Kensei, Valkyrie, warden 7
    PK, Berserker, Orochi 13
    Conqueror 14
    Lawbringer 20
    Nobushi, shugoki 21
    Raider 22
As you see, the raider has the slowest blockspeed in the game.

Darnit I'm not usually that sloppy. Apologies from me, first rule of holes being stop digging and such.
