Firstly,
Let me begin by saying that I Love This Game; with 85 hours in and still going, I love this game enough to actually want to support it and the production team through the 'Store'.

You know: the 'Store' as in the cash shop that you can find in the menu, where you purchase credits with cash to buy neat in-game guns and customisations.

I like how it works because there is no 'pay-to-win' function in it and that it doesn't lock us out from the core game mechanics. I wholly accept the 'Store' so far since the base game has sufficient customisation and gameplay to have the choice to ignore it (for those uninterested) and to have the interest in supporting Ubisoft (at least for me) through purchasing cosmetics and unique guns as incentives to further personalise our experience with the game. For what's mentioned, I applaud how the 'Store' isn't forced on players so far - despite personal gripes like (1) how credits are quite pricey (due to my country's currency exchange to Euros) and (2) how we can't purchase single items alone out of the item packs.

Regarding (2),
I think the choice of being able to buy one or two items out of a pack would further entice players to support the store - even if buying all the items individually would be far more expensive than buying all the items together through the pack. In fact, this would make the pack seem more valuable for players to get if they intend on collecting 'Store' items while not alienating those who want to support the 'Store' but don't want to feel like they're paying more for a single item that they're looking for (discouraging them from supporting the 'Store'). Having this choice may further increase revenue through the 'Store'.

However,
Neither (1) nor (2) are my biggest gripes; in fact, my gripe is a simple one.

Now, let's look at Ghost Recon: Wildland's Luger.



Why? Why can't we re-colour this Luger's grip?
I'm sorry to those who actually like this colour scheme but the white pistol grip is so ugly; it sticks out while being in the holster like a sore thumb unless I wear white pants, and - even then - it feels out-of-place as if I'm supposed to be running a club or something. It looks absolutely tragic to the point where I never use it even though I like the shape of the model, its firing sounds and its stats - especially the good penetration. Heck, I'm a Luger enthusiast and I can't even get myself to use it for more than 5 minutes without thinking "what the heck is up with that grip?".

And it's not only this gun! T_T
The Veteran Bren, the Stampede, the .357 Joker, and don't even get me started on the clothes!

The inability to re-colour most of the 'Store' clothes, guns and even shades has left me feeling rather down because I actually thought that these colour schemes can be changed after purchase (since almost everything else in the base game have so many colour choices), but they can't. T_T

Couldn't more options be added for the colour schemes of the items in the 'Store' - especially for these guns? Or at least add generally realistic colour schemes without flashy logos and details?

Sincerely, I believe that having more options for colour schemes and for details like these would draw more players into buying items from the 'Store' or at least these options would be greatly appreciated. I believe people would appreciate more down-to-earth colour schemes and details rather than having everything flashy. I hope this is considered because - after purchasing two packs and now knowing this - I don't think I'll be purchasing anything until further updates to the 'Store' or until a pack (or an item) with something more suitable comes around.
