Ubisoft, I am hoping you will give an honest answer to my question.
I will try to be as specific as possible.
Sometimes are worse than others, but as a whole, it seems like I get d/c'd from more matches than ones I get to finish. I'm not going to explain how frustrating it is to have paid as much money as I have for a game that I can barely play, but I'm a husband, father, full-time student, full-time employee, and entrepreneur, so when I am able to jump online, it's only for a match or two. The problem is, it takes for ever to get into a match even when I'm not being returned to the title screen before I'm able to connect six times in a row (which literally just happened and is the reason I'm posting this now) but then, on my seventh attempt, when I am finally able to connect to a Domination match, I get dropped into a match in progress on the losing side of a 1100 to 400 scoreboard. Since I am trying to complete an order that requires me to kill Soldiers, I set to work with the little time I have. I couldn't have killed more than 15 to 20, but I'm not sure how many it was because I got d/c'd before the match ended. I can say "pissed off" in about four different languages and I still don't have the words...
If this was a one time occurrence, it would be frustrating, but nothing more. Unfortunately however, this example is fairly indicative of my overall experience thus far.
My question then, is this: When can we expect dedicated servers instead of peer to peer? You have to know that you can't continue on as you are with any expectation of maintaining a customer base.
Now then, details. I'm playing on XBox One at various times throughout the day. The issue is not related to my internet or anything else on "my end". I'm also not by any stretch of the imagination the only person having this issue as evidenced by many other threads.
I love the concept of this game. I enjoy playing it (when I am able to). Please tell me there is a plan to fix these known issues. Your customers deserve better than what they have received so far.
