Several times now, I have passed near a main story mission while simply traveling or doing a side mission like tagging a convoy and the game will presume I have started the story mission, and within minutes (or less) I get a mission failed message and loading screen.
You need to fix this so they don't activate unless people actively select the mission from the map or the mission list.
