in the E3 trailer the ghosts infiltrated a compound with a guy in a white cowboy hat nicknamed white hat, the guy on the table being tortured by 2 sicarios with El Sueno looking on.............what province is that in??

Since the game has very little actual cutscenes, that whole mission might have been just a promotional video.

There's no such mission in the game and basically no mission gives you an option to either kill, kidnam or sabotage (and let the cartel punish) the HVT.

You're always told exactly what to do to complete the mission (though you can choose different approaches i.e. guns blazing or stealthy for most missions).

The mission might be made up specially for the E3 reveal but the location exists because someone made a video on YouTube comparing it to the e3 trailer

I believe the actual location used in the E3 trailer, is located at Remanzo Base in Remanzo Province.
