We need different and more stuff to do. Tagging 700 oil drums and tagging countless convoys needs a higher purpose.
A C&C mode would give the insentive for replayability and encourage players to do raids to get resources for upgrading troops, vehicles and base.
This would be so awesome in this beautiful world and it would work in single player and co-op/multiplayer fight against each other right. Awesomeness!!
Also: tweak the helis so we can right click to aim/control.

No they dont..no one can hold the heli steady to aim and shoot. Im on PC and have all the controls i need except for an obvious implementation error from the devs. Everyone including consoles needs a way to aim proper with helis.Originally Posted by jsocfrog Go to original post
This made me LMAO, my apologies. You do have a point though.Originally Posted by iSwalL0W Go to original post
RTS are my fav game types, sadly, i doubt this will get implemented... but it would be pretty damn cool.
As far as races go, with these vehicle mechanics, i doubt racing will ever "take off".
Although a bit convoluted, the controls become quite intuitive once you understand the mechanics of the heli. I like them, it's going to keep any random scrub from picking up a chopper and making it OP. Although to be honest, I light up mobile targets and stationary with relative ease. I do have 50+ hours flying though, soooooo that might have something to do with it.Originally Posted by iSwalL0W Go to original post
If the helicopter controls were fine there would not be a million threads about how they are not fine. In fact none of the people i played the closed/open beta or the final game like the heli controls so I'm not alone on that (and I fly very well in BF thank you very much lol)
Also we're tagging supplies for use by the rebels, so really we wouldn't be building the Ghost team a base, but the rebels (and in a way we already are with those supplies as I assume they must have somewhere to store them) So a base building/defending piece would make alot of sense (plus as the rebels get strong they would become more like a standing army, with more vehicles, manpower, supplies, and the like making them closer to the cartel with logistical/supply needs)
