Not 'in' the game (don't click on it first). From the Games tab, where you see the 'box art' - rt-click on that

I uninstalled the game,Steam and Uplay. I deleted all remaining files and I installed everything fresh. Still the same. -_-

Yeh same issue happened here.

Unlocked Future Soldier gear successfully, plus some of the other free stuff I got, but when I redeemed the Division content it didn't unlock in-game.

1) Launch uplay in online mode.
2) Deactivate cloud save synchronization.
3) Delete 1.save (Back it up just in case)
4) Launch GRW
5) The game might ask you to re-configure your screen.
6) Launch any of your save games.
7) Your unlocks should be there now.
8) Close the game. Enable cloud sync again.
9) If the game asks you, use LOCAL save files instead of CLOUD save files

I have unlocked the G36C skin in Uplay and it says its now availible in game, but in game its till locked. Is there a fix yet? My U points have been taken so it annoying that i cant use the reward.

Strange after i wrote my 1st post i clicked a couple of tabs via the loadout screen in game. I cant remember wot i done but my weapon is unlocked. So Press 'I' in game and then loadout, then Edit Appearance. From wot i remember i clicked every new availible skin and then my G36C and The Division outfit was open. Sorry that i couldnt remember exactly wot i did, but i didnt need to delete or change any files. Been waiting over a week for this to become availible and straight after my previous post it was.... weird!!!!
