Note: I am friends with 5 Recommended Ghosts and still not opened up and shows as locked.
Top Brass
Be recommended by more than 1 player
Note: I have been recommended 3 times and still not opened up and shows as locked.
Scout
Tag more than 10 friends on their Ghost Profile
Note: Tagging friends and not working. i know this is a know issue
Also over the last 2 weeks when poeple Recommended members to the task force i am not able to send them invite and shows

little update today i was able to TAG people. WOOP WOOP
So spend around an hour doing this as i was not able to open up my friends list on the website and had to use the Chat Friend list to see my friends.
