When are we getting more themed outfits based off of other Tom Clancy Universe games?

I remember the leaked images of The Division, Splinter Cell, and Rainbow Six outfits over a month ago. So can we get an ETA on when they will drop?

I would love nothing more than to run around as a Splinter Cell agent in the wildlands!

Seeing How The Divison Outfit isn't in the Club Rewards Yet Means it's likely on the way.
Who Knows What Else Will Also Be Added. Guess We'll Have to Wait and See.
It would be cool to get A Fighter Pilot Costume too. Jet DLC? haha.
