I love this game, one of the best FPS I've ever played hands down. I am an old school gamer who started out on PC with the first Call of Duty, Battlefield and of course the first Rainbow Six. Now I am used to servers being down or laggy but what is happening now is ridiculous. Don't ask why I don't understand it myself but I have this obsession with owning every headgear. I have purchased either with renown, R6 creds, or real money every headgear released. I have also been a season pass holder for both years from the moment they were offered, and having been playing since beta. And what I find ridiculous is that for whatever reason, on ubisoft's end, things are disappearing for me. First it was a headgear I purchased and never received until after about two weeks of ubi support tickets. Then when that was fixed I lost access to all my year 1 DLC operators. In trying to fix that I was told that there was no proof that I purchased the season pass and would not be receiving my operators back. I was livid! Then I lost 4 of my gold operator skins/headgear from 1 of the pro league sets! Again, 3 times in a row that I lost access to in game content that I payed actual money for. My money was removed from my account and then I was shafted. Now the servers are down entirely and while I am patient in my waiting to play, I am terrified at what I might be missing after their servers come back online. Seriously about to lose all hope in a Ubisoft for good which sucks because Rainbow 6 has always been one of my favorite game series since Red Storm Entertainment. BRING BACK DING CHAVEZ!
