If you got banned unfairly last month, ubisoft will tell you that they don't care.

After I got banned in mid-february for using a program I developed myself for school,
I sent a ticket to ubisoft. I took them more than a month to respond (21february - 28march).
Altough I explained to them why the ban was unfair, here is the response I got (In french, but I translated it to english):

    Code:
    Hello,

Thank you for contacting ubisoft and please accept our apologies for the delay.

After verifications, I unfortunately can't start a unban process for your account.
Also, I cannot give you any more details about the file modification detected by EasyAntiCheat

Feel free to contact us if you have any questions

    Regards
Basically, even though I explained the reason of the ban and politely asked for an investigation, the only response I get is

"We know you spent a lot of money on our game and it took us 5 weeks to even bother looking at your message, but you got banned and it will stay that way, I can't tell you why, goodbye ".

I can't believe I paid a game full price to play it filled with bugs and disconnects for a week and a half before it got stolen from me for no reason.
    Thanks UbiThieves.

3rd party programs are not allowed. What did you learn by cheating?

Dude you got caught out for using a 3rd party program and rightfully banned.

    Lesson learned I hope.
