Yep, anyways, they need to read their mistakes and what that makes to the customers, I mean... it shouldn't be a rough start if the invest were better, and we would enjoy it more time, and better, instead of wait, but, as I said, that's the way, being constructive and saying the good things too, I think this is a rough diamond, but the game is alredy out, it should be a grown up diamond, and I hope someday, soon, we'll have it, cause we all paid for that.Originally Posted by kanuzira Go to original post
I think it's worth pointing out that when you log in you're connecting to the game's servers which store your profile, stats, character unlocks/customization, etc.Originally Posted by demigod-fragir Go to original post
So if there's an issue with the Ubisoft servers as a whole (which has previously been caused by physical server issues, and other times the result of a DDOS attack), there's never a chance to even reach a P2P connection in a game because you can't retrieve your profile (etc) from the servers. For Honor isn't the only Ubisoft game or service which is having problems right now, which leads me to believe it's a widespread issue and not specifically related to For Honor.
I'm not happy there's an outage, but let's be realistic about the facts.

not only can your support teams fail to deal with a ticket at all (my case 04331607 which has been waiting to get resolved since the 11th of February.....) which might I add is because YOU sent me a broken item and you have made absolutely NO PROGRESS as you are more than happy to keep informing me....
They can't even keep the bloody servers up which do next to nothing.....
It's leaving me with the question of
'what can they do?'
