Open Green NAT, Very High Activity Queue

Yet all i get is that error before any match is found. So far nothing from support. Really fed up with this..

Mine NAT used to be Green and I had no problem getting connected and now mine is RED and I can't get connected. I'm with you guys, I think we got shafted for $60 +.
