I've unlocked the following items but they are not showing up in the game:
G36C Weapon
Dying Earth Costume
My friend unlocked them at the same time and had no issue using them immediately. I've tried to log out/in and restart the game multiple times but it continues to be locked in-game. Additionally I've completed the Ghost Profile but the Ghost Recon Network T-Shirt will refuse to unlock.
I have the same issues. It started with the Ghost Recon Future Soldier Pack. It shows the I already own it, available in-game but it remains locked along with anything I've earned afterward. I have a case open and I must admit that the support techs have been great as far as understanding the issue and trying different fix attempts. I also tried reinstalling the game but the problems remain. I would encourage anyone to start a support case about this.
Hmm, I'm going to keep an eye out for this and see if I can't find out more on it.

im having the same issue with the same items. g36 and the dying costume
My Torn edge and dying earth costume are also not showing, did do a ticket on Monday but still nothing back from Bui support on this for 2 days just the auto response. How do we escalate if no answer in a reasonable time?
Experiencing this same bug with the G36C and the Torn Edge weapon camouflage.
Opened a support ticket several days ago, but it seems like Ubi doesn't have any idea what's going on or how to fix it, so I guess we're stuck without these things. Heh, at least I didn't pay for them in the deluxe edition or something.

I had this issue too. I unlocked the G36C and torn edge weapon camo and couldn't use them for about 3 to 4 days.
Yesterday, the UPlay servers were unavailable and I launched the game in offline mode and the unlocks were then available.
Not sure if it was a matter of time or playing offline, but maybe worth a shot?
Just in case, you can go offline in uplay by hovering over your name at the top-right, clicking the small arrow and selecting "Go offline."
OK 4 days and still nothing sorted on this, no answer from the ticket I sent so can't see what UBI are doing about this.
