    Can we get a tactical shooter mode in a future patch? Seven suggestions

    I think it would be nice to have a tactical shooter mode in a future patch, with the following features:

    1. Bullets move through the air at realistic (much faster) velocities, and don't drop out of the sky like airsoft rounds

    2. Heavily armored enemies don't die from a pistol shot to the hip just because they aren't alerted. Likewise, alerted enemies who are lightly armored (or even shirtless) can no longer tank multiple high caliber rounds to the center mass. That's not how adrenaline works...

    3. How about body armor actually being more than an aesthetic difference for your character, and if you run around in a t-shirt, you die more easily? Also, how about camouflage actually making you harder to spot? (Glares at team mate's bright red bandana)

    4. Weapon stats that make sense (primarily based on round fired and barrel length). Why does the SR-25 do less damage than the MK14? It has a much longer barrel which means more time for the gas to accelerate the round. Wait, it somehow does more penetration.. huh?

    5. Bodies that stay around at least until you move far away... seriously, where do they vanish to? Bolivia must have some VERY aggressive airborn bacteria

    6. AI can't hone in on your exact location 1km away when you haven't even fired a shot, when your squad triggers an alarm in their base. Likewise AI should probably spot and react to my idiot squadmate sprinting right in front of him. He's not blending in with the red bandana, tank top and jeans...

    7. Sync shots can't happen when your squad doesn't actually have line of site. (Do they have seeking bullets that fly around obstacles?)

    8. Vehicles don't burst into flames when shooting parts like... a side mirror, tires, ect

    I agree completely, these changes would greatly improve the game. Which is needed imo, the game has a lot of potential thats not fulfilled.

    It'd be cool if wearing camo actually gave you a stealth bonus, or at least a gili suit. Nothing big, it's kind of a cool thought. Not sure how the game would detect and give it for th right surroundings though.

    +1 The damage models don't make any sense no reason any gun firing the same round out of the same length barrel should affect the damage in any impactful way. Nor should the damage be reduced so drastically for reducing the barrel length of most of the rifles for the most part would be the difference of a few hundred feet per second give or take.

    Strangely, Ubisoft seems to ignore every single thread made about making ballistics less ridiculous. How hard can it be to tone down the ludicrous bullet drop and make the bullets go faster?

    Well if the armoured vests provide protection I think as a consequence you should be more prone to exhaustion and not as fast as someone with a lighter vest or no vest.

    But sure this sounds cool, I'd be interested to see it fully fleshed out.

    Eh... Ubisoft promoted it as a tactical shooter chief... and lead developer said gunplay would be "closer to simulation than arcade"

    What we have is nothing even close. Way to defend the BS though.

    Agree with all this!! Would be amazing!
    Just add 9. Make a FPV option as TPV gives way too much advantage!!
