    What,,,the crusades...really...

Why are the tin men bringing religion into this game,,,
I reckon 3/4s of them are non believers and don't practice yet they are more than happy to bring the hatred of other religions into their gameplay and banter.
We know the atrocities committed by the Crusader's in the name of their God..
Now what I take from this is that many of the english tin men have no imagination at all,,hence so many George crosses, mmm
Mmm how original,,don't expect anything else from over bloated egos,,sheer arrogance and utter contempt for other creeds and beliefs....

    Ignorant drivel.

That cross is the national flag of England.
England has strong links with St George.
St George is the Patron Saint of England.
The English celebrate St Georges Day every year (Sunday 23rd April this year).
I live in a village with a pub called 'The George and Dragon' and another called 'The Castle'.
Knights are a natural choice for the English, and so is that symbol, it's a massive part of English culture.

This is a typical English scene at a football / rugby match.

This is what they do at football stadiums

This is what they do to the streets

This is what they do their houses

    Nice and subtle, see?
    Welcome to English pride.
    You don't like it, tough

    *sigh*
Why bother being offended by something that happened over 900 years ago?

As an Assassin's Creed fan, my emblem tries to incorporate both the Assassin and Templar logos, so yeah, I have a red cross on mine. I'm also British, but lol it's got nothing to do with that; I'm anything but patriotic.
