    Shugoki Viability in Group Fights

I've been maining Shugoki for a while now and find that he's a lot of fun. I usually stick to duels and in that mode I think he's fine. However in 4v4's I think he struggles more than not. Here's what I found:

-He excels when he is ganking with his team. Very easy to do a demon's embrace (DB) or a charged heavy.

-He is utter garbage when getting ganked, goes down in seconds.

The latter is what I want to address. This problem is tied to his hyperarmor. When it's up he takes reduced damage from the hit that breaks it and when it's down he takes DOUBLE damage. This is a major issue because he essentially has the smallest health pool of any hero when outnumbered.

So his hyperarmor needs tweaking. I think that the mechanic above needs to go. He keeps his hyperarmor but loses the damage reduction as well as the damage increase. This way he can last long enough to get revenge and fight back. Though I'll miss the uniqueness this mechanic adds to Shugoki it doesn't let him act as a tank.

It's fine the way it is. What you should do is stay close to your teammates more.

Passive Uninterruptable Stance up is normal damage, not reduced. Passive Uninterruptable Stance down is +25% damage not double. That makes Shugoki's effective health 120, same as all the assassins, Nobushi and Valkyrie. This is more an issue of guard direction change speed than anything.
