If I may suggest some inside game improvements:

    1. Helicopters need some sort of hud crosshair in order to aim their guns or rockets. Also both helicopters and planes need some sort of flight crosshair for pointing where they are heading, because many times while it may see that someone is flying straight but instead he is losing altitude and crashes on rocks or trees.
    2. There needs to be an indicator of the distance from the ground below when flying air vehicles.
    3. Instead of doing the same missions over and over, there should be game mods like vip escorts, assassination of target, stealthy infiltration of a camp/base, extraction of hostage, demolition/sabotage of base, stealing vehicles and all of that while using the landscape variety that this game has to offer.
    4. Thermal imaging is kinda bad and maybe flir vision should be introduced or a flir scope
    5. Ofcourse being able to start fresh with all skill and guns unlocked if someone has completed everything.

Vip escort sounds awesome, I'll add it in the list!

Companies make huge beautiful open worlds but then limit what you actually do in them, thus missing out on the majority of that world. It's said that in GTA5, 80% of the game, takes place in 20% of the world. Wildlands has a vast, differing world that so many just don't experience because they fast travel from mission to mission, simply because absolutely everything is highlighted on the game map. Random missions (as brilliantly detailed above) would not be shown until you reach a certain area and even then, would be so random as you'd never know where they were going to appear. This game world is ripe for something like this and needs it to keep it alive (DLC races isn't going to cut it).

As for a reward for doing these, well I mentioned in another thread about having some little back story depending on what type of random mission is being done. For example, the player is shown a world map, and throughout that world map are different areas highlighting the money, drugs & power the cartel has. With every random mission completed, those levels get reduced. Find a money stash, 1% gets taken away from Europe or 5% from the US. Destroy some drugs, 4% less gets transported to Mexico. Kill or capture a HVT, 2% less power in Bolivia. My point being that although this game needs random missions and events, there still needs to be some incentive to doing them. Just Cause 2 had a similar sized game world but had hidden boxes of weapon or vehicle parts, or cash, with every ten leading to an increase. It rewarded exploring and that's what Wildlands needs too.
If they supported modding and modders, as many more progressive and community supportive developers do.........................extra content creation would take care of itself to a large degree. Although the downside would be all the SUPER HUGE ***/**** mods (pretty much like in every Betthesda game) from the Freaks we'd have to put up with.

This game would have SO much potential if only Ubi let the modders loose x)
I can only dream of massively multiplayer servers, with PvE operations like in Arma 3 or PvP Battle Royales like Playerunknown's Batllegrounds...
Unfortunately, Ubisoft is known for its strict policy and hostile views of mods in general, so, I guess it's not happenng :/

Which is unfortunate, since mods are free for eveyrone (even for the devs x) ) and they only increase how much the public enjoys your games.

After completing the game recently, finding everything and now just wandering around, I had an idea for another simple gameplay addition:

    Lone Survivor Mode.

Playable either totally alone or with team mates (online or AI), you have to simply get from point A to point B. The difference being that the Cartel (and Unidad) are after you full force AND you cannot use vehicles or rebel support. Now it would start from when the player selects where point A and B are - they could make it a simple kilometer trek or make it through the entire map. The focus would be to get the players sneaking through jungle areas, hiding behind rocks in the desert, moving slowly through towns infested with the enemy. For larger treks, there could be checkpoints where only one player has to reach for the squad to be revived for the next journey. As well as a fun game mode for multilplayer, it could be very intense for those that want to play totally on their own. It would need a limit on enemy levels though - you wouldn't want Unidad and their constant Apache squad attacking you non-stop. Also would need a fix to that "one enemy sees you, all see you" thing so that hiding, sneaking and getting away is possible.

Once again, this falls into that category of getting the player to explore the world more, rather than just going from map location to map location.

This is a pretty neat idea, but first they would also need to fix that "in hunted mode, if you kill anyone, they all magically know where you are and converge on you, even if you haven't been spotted". Serioulsy, this happens so much to me, as i'm the marksman of my team. The guys get spotted, I start taking out the snipers to give them some breathing room, and suddenly they all magically know my position.

Still, this could be nice if you had a limit to the wepaons/ammo you can carry.

    +1

Looks like we will be getting something similar with Fallen Ghost DLC. However, would like to see this element added as a side in base game.

Make the Yeti appearance a random event so we can finally shoot that mysterious furball and end that wild goose chase.
