Valkyrie and Peacekeeper are ridiculous. They do absurd amounts of damage at an absurd speed. The Valkyrie can even knock you down every time you are guard-breaked. Forget the exhaustion mechanic because Valkyrie can knock you down with out even throwing you. the peacekeepers attacks are so stupidly fast that you can even know which way she is going to attack but still not block.
Next is a more broad mechanic. Team damage. correct me if I am wrong but there is NO repercussions for team damage. People constantly run up and interrupt your attacks and charge the opponents revenge. Your team members can even kill you with stupid feats, stupid strikes, and I think they can also shove you off cliffs. The last round I played I think one team member got me killed maybe 3 times. I doubt he intended to but I do think he got me killed.
Revenge mode is ridiculous. There was a time earlier today that I was fighting a warden who activated revenge mode and knocked me down. He then proceeded to get in two revenged heavy attacks in before I could even get up and killed me. It is charged up way too fast, and is way too powerful.
Next thing is also really annoying, the renown system. It aggravates me when I have just been in a long duel then someone runs in and gets a light attack in on the enemy I was fighting and gets the kill. I was fighting this long duel but I get 3 renown and they get the renown for the actual kill. It should be far more based off of who did the most damage to the enemy rather than who did ONE light attack. It also wouldn't hurt to have the renown get split up a little more evenly like if two people were just fighting an enemy in a long battle then they win they could BOTH get a good part of the renown?
This game does have some good parts and I might keep playing it but right now there are a lot of things I think of as issues

What ruins the game for me, is now people on xbox have pretty much figured out how to abuse everything. Valkyrie sweep, Warlord, Warden Vortex, PK, shogki....and ext. Playing the nobushi, which to me doesn't seem have any broken mechanics to abuse, even her lights are so slow that they are parried easily and her recovery time on any of her moves are punished severly. Can't do anything. So its game after game having being spammed broken mechanics, people doube teaming (I play brawls and duel only, unless orders call for something else), or using revenge which is dumb in those modes.
I still win a majority of my matches but the fact that I lose some because of network lag, people abusing broken mechanics. Is simiply getting annoying. If I could return this game, I would but I'll probably stop playing for a while in till a hear something has changed. With this amount of time, this patch should almost rewrite the whole structure of the game.
I'll probably also won't buy another ubisoft game for a long time. Expect for South Park lol.....because I didn't notice Ubisoft took it from Obsidan, just found out like a couple weeks ago and I was really looking foward to it. I mean Ubisoft can't screw it up that bad right? When Trey and Matt are involved?
