    I'm sorry but i was wrong about the 14 day refund policy thing, it does not apply to digital purchases if you already started downloading it.

    Anyway, going from your nickname's 2 last letters it seems you are from the Czech Republic, going from what i have experienced in the Czech Republic consumer laws and rights is not actually an easy thing over there...

    I think the problem is that ubisoft can not fix the bug of the game
    And they can not notify or answer customer inquiries to waste your time, and Bammm baby you can not refund money because it has exceeded the time prescribed.

    Never buy anything directly from Ubisoft ... or you will lost chace for refund! ... and after 1.05 patch ... stability of this game is much worse! So ... DO NOT BUY THIS TRASH!
