You seriously need to fix this. The ability to remove guard and unlock during an attack is the cause of so many exploits. Sort it the hell out Ubisoft!

Too many exploits like unblockables that cannot be parried. Releasing guard in the middle of an attack should not be a thing. Easy to fix several exploits by maintaining guard when attacking, despite releasing the button.

Well if it bugs you that much, treat it as a mix-up for the time being until a fix comes in then.
