Is anyone else having the same problem with these 2 places? If needed i can provide a screenshot. If Ubi is already investigating this than thanks but I thought it would havr come out with the second patch

Yeah I have completely cleared Media Luna and There is a kingslayer file I don't have. It's quite annoying. It's probably In an area with a rebel op. that would be my guess. Those areas are easy to overlook this far into the game.
UPDATE: I have scoured the whole province and game up with nothing.
FINAL UPDATE: I also had 8/9 files in Barvechos but after collecting my remaining files in other provinces I got the Achievement "The Whole Story" anyway. So The game is still convinced we collected them all even though the Provinces might not say so. Happy Hunting.

same problem i found 10 archives but , Shows 9/10 ....last file .file locked in media luna

Same situation, missing 1 kingslayer file in media luna. I checked the location online, but nothing for me to pick up.
P.S. Guerilla Tactics, that's the one that I can't collect.

After the update, I assumed they would fix it since everyone said that they lacked not only this document but others. Finally after searching the map, I can find the missing ones, except the "half moon", also I found that I found one of more in koany as seen in this image.

Free in the Ubisoft Store today, i got a mission set (Unidad Conspiracy). Finished it and received the last Kingslayer for Media Luna. Hope this helps!

And another option, I read about it somewhere else, while I was also struggling with one Kingslayer file, is, that you have collected maybe ten out of ten, but the game shows just 9/10. To verify this you should check your Ghost Profile, accessable in the Loadout Screen. There you have the total amount of collected files so far. NOw you just have to count the total amount of files you can collect in each region and this should then come up with the same result.

I'm missing my one last document in Libertad, and it's not there for me. Pretty sure it's called Coke Relief. However I have the memory of going there and pick it up.
