I've got the armored car dropoff, and I was holding there until the update that let me choose between vehicles. Now I can't find the third upgrade location - all the others I see are just to reduce the cooldown time.

Can someone please tell me where the three locations are for the vehicle upgrade?

Hey b_diddler,

For the rebel support, you'll need to hit rank 7 to call the helicopter. Doing more side missions related to this will help get that quicker for you. Hopefully I understood your question correctly. Thanks!
