Dear Ubisoft,
From a Lawbringer main, I just wanted to say thank you... for making a duel based event before making a balance patch...
Also, I understand the connectivity fix didn't work very well, but you just HAVE to get the balance patch going right now, this can't wait any longer the game's been out for to long already do something!

EDIT: and cherry on top... did not even get a crate XD ... they can't even do that right... my demands are too high I guess

No not OP, but he's gonna have better chances than LBs that's for sure.

Speaking of brawl, does anyone know why it is the only one (far as I can remember anyhow) where teammates can't be the same character? It doesn't affect me too much because there are a few I can play, just curious as to why brawl in particular when there are no restrictions in 4v4.

even if you fix connection issues, you still have a game with bad balancing underneath. it shouldnt be one or the other but both at the same time.

We understand it can be tough as a LB in modes other than 4v4 so we do have plans to give LB some extra love in the next balance patch, but we don't have anything solid to share just yet (I believe it discussed on one of our previous livestreams).
And as for connectivity issues, we're continuing to make improvements and look for ways to make this less of a headache for players. As has been pointed out, a lot of the major connection instability comes from players quitting in the middle of a match, so we're also looking for ways to minimize the negative impact that this has on gameplay.

As as for the community order crates, I'm unsure myself if they're slated to be delivered at the end of the event or upon completion of the order. I've sent an inquiry to the team but until I hear back, please don't worry! I'd wait until the end of the event on sunday to see if the crates come in. If they're still not here after the event ends, please feel free to message me or support as we will definitely be looking to make sure you all received your rewards for all the work you did to contribute to the order!
