As some of you may be aware, there was a limited time sweepstakes available thru Ubisoft on the Ghost Recon Wildlands official site. Via their rewards program, if you watched the "war within the cartel" live stream prior to launch, you would know that they did a giveaway for a new NVidia GeForce GTX 1080 graphics card.
Well......
This absolutely made me the happiest I've been in months! I have terrible luck normally and I hardly ever win things like this.

Now I'm getting a solid 55-60 fps in the most demanding areas. All ultra settings. As of now I believe my only bottleneck is my monitor in terms of fps cap. I'm just using a HP monitor that caps at 60hz and max resolution of 1440x900

I was in disbelief for the longest time until I finally got a knock on my door asking for a signature for a package. I almost cried tears of joy! Lol yes it is a very much needed and very appreciated upgrade. I considered selling it, but came to the conclusion that it would get used and taken care of with me.
