What is the furthest you can go before called "cheating" | Forums

I have seen many posts on people calling others out on cheating. Where is the line between good and cheating? Does Spawn Killing count as cheating or is just skill? Yesterday most of my rounds consisted of at least 1 person on the other team spawn killing my whole team, would this be considered cheating? Or how about being AFK for 1 minute cause you didnt know you got revived or your mom needed your help? I would really like to know where the line is drawn for cheating and skill

Spawn killing a team is not hard on pk and nobushi.
