    My Feedback after 1000 Duels

Berserker Prestige 10 Duelist. 1000+ duels right now and this is the mode I bought For Honor to play.

For Honor is amazing! I love the graphics, the models, the animation, the maps. The combat is addicting and work on my Hero appearance is fun, always getting a new color and stuff. I've met a black armor Warden which made me smile in pleasure.

    Now, about the game indeed:

The combat need some attention. One thing I didn't get is why Assassins have Parry AND Deflect. With this I can say every role should have a specific follow-up for parry, like deflect do for Assassins, and the last should be able to perform only deflect.

Parry need adjusts. Today it is frustrating play against someone just "farming" parries, because they CAN win doing that since you can't feint lights. You work hard for hit a light, feinting heavies, etc, but the enemy need to land one parry to make all your damage done with lights worth nothing. Parry isn't a problem against players who play indeed, but the portion of the community which only seek the winratio is increasing, and the "parry players" too.

Guard Break need some attention too, specially because keyboard. On traditional controller, cgb need fast reaction, and even that the enemy can lure you to something else and make you miss the timing. I noted that on me and on opponents I asked for. But on keyboard you can cgb every single time, even when you are performing an action like full guard. Looking for the console players, not everyone have an elite controller. So we need an option to remap buttons or cgb need to be rethinked.

I'm tired of duel newbies. I teach them, take it easy, but I don't want to babysit someone everytime just because I fear make them dislike the game. I want to play at my full potential! Use everything my Hero has! My start as a Berserker was hard. My daily win was barely 50%. I worked hard for the 65~70% I can accomplish today, so I don't think it is fun to do not use everything I hard learned! And I don't think it is fun for a level 2 see my Prestige 10 Berserker and feel how unbalanced the match will be for both sides.

I would like to know the real level of a player during the load screen too. Isn't nice lose the first round because I thought the player was new. Isn't nice too beat the **** out a new player because I thought he/she was an alt.

Annoy me the fact I can't do anything else than watch the damn queue screen while looking for a match! And as a duelist, when I ain't lucky enough to find a good opponent which stick in the lobby, I back to that boring screen every ~5 minutes! It's a good reason for get up my chair and do something, but I don't have enough little things to do during my playtime. Give me something in game to do! Even mess with my inventory. (PS: my post-game inventory never match the real one.)

I was very active in the Faction War, but I just get bored. We need something like a commander direction in-game, or the ability to see where allies are deploying the assets. The actual system would work if the players could feel the fight for a territory, because today sound pointless. Not because the reward: just the pleasure to kick some other faction from a land is reason enough for fight, but the feedback given by the map isn't rewarding. I feel alone deploying my assets, and when a turn ends and the part I was working for is lost, I feel more lonely than ever. Just make we "feel" our allies, see where the battle is happening and the Faction War can give we players another reason to play.
In fact, I can't feel my faction overall. Day after day it just look like what border I like more for my emblem: square, circle....

I think this is it. Everything else about balance and the Heroes I just trust on your data. My objective with this feedback was just make you know how I see the game overall in my daily plays.

I can not say how much I agree with pretty much all these points. I'm a Rep 8 warden who mains duels. I find that almost every game I am playing someone far worse than me, I made a post about this in the past but it was completely ignored. It really is disheartening when a new player asks you why I 'go blue after a guardbreak'

My WLR in Duels is 80%, I'd guess around 30% of those wins were against people below Rep 1. It needs work.

Great post, I hope Ubisoft actually see this and make some changes.
