I've noticed that people make topics out of frustration. Whilst the issues they name is not the real problem, most of them atleast.
1) The game should have some sort of in-game community hub in which people can talk to eachother and chill.
The hub can be made in different ways. Just a simple hub, in every faction, in which people can talk to eachother. Another method could be a town in every headquarter of the faction in which people can derp around, fight on dummies, talk to eachother and etc. I think that will bring people together and keep the game more active aswell.
2) There should be a competitive mode. I'm sure many already make topics about this here. I think it's a great idea.
Problem with it is that i wouldn't want a competitive mode if the game is going to kick you out because of the servers unstableness. So the server should be more stable first, then bring out a competitive mode with a tier ranking system (bronze, silver, etc.).
3) To balance the game out more, some moves do need a nerf. The real problem is the zone attacks on some heroes, that needs a little tweak. The game is mainly based on reaction speed of an individual. The attacks you can see coming and then react to it. The zone attacks on for example; Warden and Orochi (Yes, i've played all of these heroes.) are fast. Most of the time it's a guaranteed hit. When these attacks are executed, they should be counterable based on reaction speed and not enemy playstyle/intuition. So a little bit slower can do the trick perhaps. This might also solve the revenge zone attack spam problem that most complain about.
Alot of stuff are easy counterable if you know the mechanics to the game. So there's no class that fully overpowers others, just some moves that are better than others.
