NAT type went from Open to Moderate after the latest update

My NAT type used to be OPEN. It has never been anything else that OPEN since beta. However, this week there was a small update and since then my NAT type went to Moderate instead. And it is starting to show. The game is less responsive, the delays between the input and the action actually happening is bigger. Did the update actually make my game run WORSE than before?

    Anyone else have this problem?

Same here. Can't say 100% my NAT was always open before update, but it was most of the time, and since then I have only seen it on moderate.

Might be that your connection always were "not so good" but the old code was more tolerating. That way one with "not so good" connection will no longer be open and will probably no longer host the game (what would lead to connection issues for the whole match).

    Just my imagination

don't think nat type and connection quality are the same.
i have a yellow nat but have no connectivity or lag issues.
    no noticeable input lag.
Not many issues at all in fact.. only when everyone starts quitting a game.

That was my first thought. Until I started playing. The experience is definitely worse and the game takes noticeably longer to respond. For example, I used to parry things with ease. Now, the same attack either hits me or it gets blocked (instead of parried) and immediately after that my character does a heavy attack.

I had exactly these lag problems the last weekend, played earlier a bit and these issues seemed to be fixed for me. I will play later and will have a look at the behavior. Despite the problems last weekend, I never had any issues before.
These lags were awful though and it was not fun to play. Your hero seemed to got his own will xD

Also I think my own actions were not laggy at all, because if I just threw out some stuff in the air (with no enemie) everything was smooth. Only when I wanted to hit an enemie I got these wired "after" attacks..

Ok, playing right now and I actually have the issues stated above. That is strange since I did not have these problems about 18-10 hours ago. Dominion is not playable for me like this..
I will try other game modes (like brawl, duel) and report again.

My NAT Type is Open and connection ingame is "Good" (green). I have 100MBit download and 40MBit Upload, and there is no other traffic. I opened the ports...
Had no problems for 1 1/2 month at all..
