Last Stand, what builds are rogue agents running that makes them untouchable.

I have a complete set of all armours, I have tried every set, a lot of combinations, multiple options for weapons, stacked up on stamina so I don't die quickly, loaded up on firepower modules so I have more damage, tried with and with out Barrett's chest piece, Ferro's oxygen mask and Skull's gloves, but nothing I have tried has really made any difference.
The rogues are essentially untouchable to me, can't kill them, but die to some with a half second burst.
My question is what builds would they be running to make them so powerful, what sort of stats in terms of toughness, firepower / DPS and skill power.
I can't get rid of the feeling that they are backed by massive with bonuses somehow, otherwise how do they end up winning 70% of the games and by massive margins so regularly.
Just want to know what I should be on the lookout for in terms of armour and weapons whilst I take a break from the division Last Stand as I am getting so pissed at dying all the time, wondering if they are just that much better or is the cheating much wider spread than I imagined.
    Currently running Barrett's Chest, Ferro's mask, 4 piece Striker, 6% self healing modules, 260+ firepower modules, which gives 377 K toughness, 335 K DPS, 100 K skill.
Weapons are a Famas, 335K DPS with critical hit mods and 5.6% fire rate increase to 997 RPM, LVOAC 2nd weapon at 325 K DPS.
How should that stack up, but just what are the stats for the better agents in Last Stand?

You are aware that YOUR team also is named rogue to the other team right? Your teams are no different, both are named Rogue to the other.

Its not about gear, its about person wearing that gear. People usually refuse to aknowledge that or are delusional.

Its about foresight decision-making and generally a good mindset.
Everytime you die, its essentially your own fault, you could either avoid it or stay alive for bit longer.
Be self reflective, analyze your mistakes, learn from them. People that blame outside source will never improve.

It does not matter your build when people are cheating.. Some games are good and you can survive and get a few kills then the cheats start and you get one shot killed shot through cover , through walls and by invisible enemy.. today we had 2 agents mowing down the whole team.. sat at spawn point and melted us they took no damage.. Thats not lag not good gear just cheaters..

I'm on console (Xbox) so I sympathise with you if you are on PC where bots/macro's etc are affecting the quality of gaming in TD.

On console I have to look in the mirror when it comes to trying to understand why I'm being melted most of the time... it's due to my skill level playing the game. I can have the best build (it's up there with others that I've seen on YTube), but there are a couple factors that possibly the content creators should try to put vids out for, and that is strategy, teaming, running as a group and not go in solo, flanking enemies, and all that good strategic stuff. This is one area if done well with the team you're running with will help a great deal.

The other factor which is the foundation of the problem is my own speed and skill to utilize the tools I have, to shoot more accurately, the skills to strafe/hipfire (yep, it's still a thing, but that is part of the mechanics of most shooters), and something that you cannot get away from is my own reflexes, getting old (56) and it is taking more time to kick in.

Yeah you can blame the tools within the game, get frustrated as hell, but once you resign yourself to bringing your own limitations in focus and try working with them in game, and at the end of the day remind yourself it's only a game and, yep you may get melted many times but just have fun and participate in teamwork. Even with slower reflexes you can still be a valuable asset to your team by either being a decoy, support, sniper, or many other ways of helping the team. Above all "have fun"! If you're not having fun, maybe there's something else/mode you can play?

    This guy gets it!
whilst gear does play apart there's alot of other factors to consider which people have mentioned above. Also lag can also be a deciding factor in who wins and loses. Just keep at it and you will improve.

Run all firearms. Skull gloves and reckless chest with an m4/lvoa or mp5/aug. Don't ads but chicken dance. You will get a lot of kills. Alternatively go alpha or striker or striker/banshee. Make sure you run with the healer.
