    Once again Massive screws PVEers

Once again Massive proves they don't give a removed about PVE players. Stagger was a benefit to CC for PVE, but PVP players didn't like and once again it gets removed. 1st from explosive bullets, now seekers, next it will be removed from shotguns. removed Massive, removed the division.

    Pretty much this.

Seeker is the same situation. It was ruining LS for poorly built/played glass cannons so what does Massive do? They screw PVE players who finally had a proper damage dealing skill.

    Absolute idiots.

Why do you have to be so lazy to use seekers anyway? Use them for crowd control as they are intended to be used.

Why can't you see that some of us want variety in our play styles?
We don't want all of our 4 characters to be gunners.

Seekers are still effective. Their damage is same, it is just that the damage is now applied overtime as burn effect. If you have burn resistance, you will have more tolerance against seeker. What are you against at? Agents stacking lot of fire resistance?

Unfortunately, there is no stagger resistance in the game otherwise they would have left the stagger untouched.

We already had EDR to protect against Seekers.
An overtime burn effect is rather useless. One med kit and it is entirely gone. And when damage is moved from the burst to the DoT from fire....given EDR reducing the burst damage even further ...most builds are also running with large amounts of burn resistance as it is. Seekers have essentially become useless. Fire grenades are already a joke in LS....and fire bullets are essentially mosquito bites. And now we can add Seekers to the list.

For PvE this also has consequences. Burn damage over time is already shrugged of by adds like nothing is happening..merely functioning like a short delay...now the burst damage will be even less effective as well.

Yet...there is very little we can do against the massive amount of DPS people stack. Which is the only thing you can't stack against.

This wasn't a "balance" it was a downright meta push.

Just let it go already! Forget about the game, play something else! Massive listens to the kiddos with the max firearm builds and no defense getting killed in Last Stand, this will not change, and the game will turn into a weapon/firearms only game, just like all the other FPS war games out there.

Just look at the charts you are able to check, player count are basicly back to how they were in June / July 2016 http://steamcharts.com/app/365590#1y
The players that came back to or started playing the game due to game getting fixed in 1.4 are now once more gone for the most part.
Youtubers and twitchers are for the most part gone also, strangely some that even hyped 1.6 like crazy.
Try going into DZ as a solo player and run into a few yellow mobs, and see how fun that is, and in the next nerf patch it will become even worse.
How Massive ruins this game is truly mind-numbing.

Sorry but you know this how? have you tested it? This is just another nerf because of PVP, the worst PVP in any game in fact is it even PVP because I though that was player verses player not player verses player and every NPC in the F* server? Little tip for you don't believe a word they say because its just BS.

No matter what they nerf, pve will always be easy, just learn to adapt like the rest of us.

I have seen you try to explain about EDR in a few threads and if I was you I'd give up because the idiots don't get it. Great job for trying...
