As the title states. i do not have acces to the basic collors you get at the start of the game with all of the heroes. is there any way i can get them restored?

No problem, they're aware of it. Sad to see it still not fixed though. Things happens slowly around here.
I did read one guy say you can gain access to them if you use the reset option which resets all customizations, might be worth a try.
