After the update I get an error that the game server are down and cannot be reached. 12:40 pm MST

apply update
hard reset- xbox-green screen reboot
relaunch game

I thought the patch had applied correctly, I went to downloads, everything was cleared out. I restarted my console, went back into the game and tried to load and got the error. repeated this process 3 times.

Welcome aboard friend, feel free to browse the other threads on the forums pertaining to your issue, and you'll get a decent understanding of your positioning. At the moment, we're all waiting for the day Ubisoft announces that they have found a solution to the problem and are releasing a hot fix to try and address it.
