HQ app crashing when trying to view Ghost Recon Network | Forums

Anyone else been having this issue? I'm on an iPad Air using iOS 10.2.1
The Guerilla Game and syncing to my PS4 work fine, but whenever I try to view the website from the app, it crashes every time.

I would have asked about this in the Tech Support, but there wasn't a section for this. Just the game platforms.

I have the same problem. The app is completely unusable right now.

I also have the same issue even lost my Saves in the Guerilla Game 3 times. support said to get the game back restore from a backup so i reformatted my phone and restored from back up and did not work.

I then done some testing on a Iphone 6 on IOS 10.2.1 and 10.3 done a clean reformat and only installed this app. and still had the same issue website from the app, it crashes every time.
I deleted my 200 Uolay friends so i had around 40 friends left. and i could get friends (news then tap to the right 3 times) to show up on the app without crashing. but that was the only thing that fixed. so i restored my backup once more and i can say the Guerilla Game has been working for over 1-2weeks now without loosing my saved game.

Once issue and i am not sure if it is just me but the app seems to loose my login details over and over again. but the Uplay app does the same thing.

Same problem, whenever I try to access GRNetwork from the app it crashes. Every time, no exceptions.

Thank you all for reporting this. Are any of you attempting to use the app on an iPod 5th Gen or iPhone 4, for we have seen reports of crashes occurring on these devices.

If you do not fall into this category, please share the device you are using and I can get it forwarded along. Also, consider opening a ticket with Ubi Support if you've not yet done so.

iPad Air is what I am getting crashes on.

iPhone 6s (iOS 10.3) - Fails to link News & Community / Website (both links turn app off)

iPad 2 (iOS 9.3.5) - Fails to load (after opening screen app turns off)

* Both iOS devices have been updated to the most current version
** I also have trouble tickets already submitted - without response
