Bounties
Players could build up bounties for win streaks and give increased rewards when they finally lose a game. This could be separate from ranked play or its own flavor of ranked play. I especially would like to see bounties in duels. But this could also balance out team games and give lesser skilled players incentive to gang up and target an enemy with a bounty (assuming revenge is fixed by then).

Cosmetics for achievements only
When you see cosmetics on a player, you should be able to tell that they're a badass. Cosmetics should be rewarded for skill and experience. If you can purchase them with steel, especially when steel can be purchased with real money, they become meaningless. It's like if you could buy calling cards for Call of Duty to bypass unlocking them with achievements. That would be pointless. I understand there's money to be made by charging for cosmetics, so at least give us one category of cosmetics that can't be bought, like ornaments.

Events
Clearly we need to come up with some more creative events. I came up with a few idea that could make for fun weekends.
  • Realistic mode event (no fight UI)
  • Environmental kills event (just for giggles)
  • Random heroes event
  • Free-for-all event
  • Co-op scenario event

Other suggestions
  • Realistic ranked mode (no fight UI)
  • Bonus rewards in PvP for playing without fight UI
  • Disable XP gain from "vs AI" modes after reputation 3 or 5
