So my friend and I were testing out the effects of max Block damage on Shugoki against my Kensei without gear and with max Block Damage Resistance on. What we found was that Maxed Block Damage Resistance completely negated his block damage even at max, so then we decided to test it with the Punch Through Feat. Without my gear, his Punch Through Feat seemed to double the block damage done to me, but with my gear on all the damage was still completely negated. In both our opinions, activating the feat should at least cause some damage regardless of an opponent's maxed damage resistance. I don't know if this is a bug or intentional but I think it should be changed.
