I have encountered a glitch(possible to be an old glitch,i noticed it only know).So some players disconnect just in the second where you are taken in the menu to get rewards,and the game glitches.This is very annoying because I got it 3 times by now,and some games are taking very much.I just don't get it why would you want to do that,even when you win.Please don't do that.

But yeah, you're right. In the perfect world players exploiting would get the punishment and nog everyone else.

Well yeah disconnecting shouldn't be a problem,since the match ends.But the problem is no rewards,no exp,no nothing.Even the challenges.
