The rest of your argument is like saying a lawbringer can push you or a valkyrie can knock you down without being exastued...side not valkyrie has the same attk speed as a pk
It always makes me sad when I see any thread asking for a nerf to heroes that AREN'T:
- Warlord
- Conqueror
- Shugoki
- PK
Why you ask? Because those are the true evils of this game once you finally advance past novice level skill. Warden is strong, arguably a top 5 hero in the right hands. However, the Warden has many weaknesses, is punished very severely for positional mistakes or offensive gambles. Good players know how to handle Warden and the heroes I listed above all have absolutely no trouble dispatching even the most skilled/experienced Warden player with their basic skill set.
Conq/Warlord/Shugo/PK all have the luxury of dealing damage while being extremely safe through the means of super armor, unpunishable vortex abilities or incredibly quick dodge/movement. There is a reason that every-single-tournament that has happened (0 exceptions, zero. None) in both 1v1 and 2v2 format have we ever seen anything outside of those 4 S-tier, ez-mode, flavor of the game heroes.

Side note: Valk's lights don't do 17 damage, and the 2nd one isn't 20% faster than the first - nor are you forced to hold on your guard on one side permanently against her.
I believe personally that the warden's ability to charge and then feign the charge gives him an advantage over about every character in the game with the exception of the Shugoki depending on when you strike him. I believe that the only thing that needs a nerf on the Warden is mainly the stamina cost for being able to spam his shoulder charge, but giving the choice to stop with the charge all together and turn it into a guard break, or continue on with the charge giving him a free heavy strike. Either way I believe it is completely unbalanced in comparison to other characters with similar charges that lose half of the users stamina. I think that is the only mechanic with the Warden that should be changed. The rest of his kit is fine. But I believe he should receive more punishment for canceling his charge near enough half way through.
Warden does not need to be nerfed. Warden sets a very healthy standard of balance that all other characters should meet.
PK needs a slight zone attack readjustment. Warlord needs a slower headbutt and less ledgelordliness. Conqueror needs more recovery time on his shield bash. Shugoki seems fine.
Everyone one else needs to be buffed to the Warden standard.
