I understand you have a lot on your plate with the community bringing forth more and more issues, one of the most talked about issue being, matchmaking fairness. My suggestion to make it fair regarding gear score would be to pick the character you are wanting to play at the beginning and being matched with characters similar to yours. Even just Rep levels, Rep 0 gets matched with 0's, Rep 1&2 getting matched w/ 1&2, and Rep 3+'s getting matched with Rep3+'s.

The next part isn't an issue but rather a suggestion. Being able to type messages in-game on consoles using a keyboard. Sadly there is not enough quick chat messages to communicate with others so implementing chat would improve this problem.

Thanks for taking time to read this thread, I understand you have a lot on your plate and there are more pressing concerns, but I as well as others would appreciate these implementations.
